How a pilot works
Prove the lift in 30 days, then decide.
A pilot is the default starting point. You run NEO on up to 100 trucks for 30 days at no cost. We work with your dispatch lead to scope the trucks, lanes, and rules that best mirror your overall operation, then we train a brain on a week of your historical loads. Your dispatchers see the brain's recommendations alongside their normal workflow.
Exit criteria are set up front: composite KPI movement against your baseline, dispatcher satisfaction, and any deal-breaker constraints you specify (on-time % must not drop, no missed appointments, etc.). If the pilot does not clear the bar, you exit, keep your data, and owe nothing. If it does, we move you onto the standard or self-hosted tier and your trained brain comes with you.
The pilot is real production with real loads on real trucks - not a sandbox. That is the only way the lift means anything.

What buyers ask before the contract.
How is the per-truck price set?
$25 per truck you actually dispatch in the month, billed monthly — the same rate whether you dispatch 10 trucks or 1,000. A truck you never dispatch — parked, in maintenance, between drivers — does not count toward the bill.
Is there a per-decision charge?
No. The subscription includes unlimited decisions and unlimited training cycles. There is no per-decision API metering and no surprise overage bills.
What happens to my data if we leave?
Your loads, schedules, and full decision history export within 24 hours of request, in a standard format your team — or your next vendor — can read. Your trained brain is yours; you can run it offline against the export if you have your own NEO-compatible runtime.
Can we forecast 12 months out?
Yes. Your bill is $25 times the trucks you dispatch each month. Your roster size × $25 × 12 is the ceiling — the most you could pay in a year; dispatch fewer trucks and you pay less. Annual contracts lock the rate in writing for the term; talk to us about multi-year savings.
